Inspection Services

Residential Inspections

During a Residential Home Inspection, I help prospective buyers fully understand a property’s current condition and repair needs so they can avoid being surprised by post-purchase repair expenses. Purchasing a home is a huge decision, and a professional and thorough inspection can give you the confidence you need to move forward.

Radon Inspections

Radon is colorless and odorless, and it is extremely carcinogenic. According to the EPA, radon is one of the leading contributors to the development of lung cancer, behind only smoking. For this reason, regular radon testing is key whether you’re a homeowner, or you’re interested in purchasing a home.

WDI Inspections

Wood-destroying insects can go unnoticed until they cause catastrophic damage to your home. Whether you’re shopping for a home and suspect a termites issue, or you think your current home may be affected by termites, we can provide you with comprehensive testing, and help you understand your options for termite remediation if we do discover an infestation.

Pre-listing Inspections

Some homeowners want to make repairs to their house before they put it on the market and will make repairs using their inspection report as a baseline reference. Please understand that most buyers will still want to perform their own inspection even if the seller has already had an inspection done.

Maintenance Inspections

My maintenance inspections include roof inspections, plumbing inspections, electrical inspections, foundation inspections, attic insulation inspections, and building structure inspections.

Investor Inspections

My investor home inspections are completely comprehensive. I will accompany you through a walkthrough and inspection of the home you’re interested in buying, and assess its condition using my multi-point home inspection checklist.
